A newly converted detachedbarn, once used as a milking parlour, (milking Guernsey cows)!  has been transformed into high quality holiday accommodation on Roundball farm which has been in the same family for four generations and is still a working farm with beef cattle. Guernsey Cottage is located along a quiet country lane just off the centre of Wiggaton which is a hamlet in between Sidmouth and Ottery St Mary. Ideal for exploring this part of Devon with many local walks from the property, including the Colleridge link and the nearby East Devon Way. The owners, Ian & Kathryn live next door in the farmhouse and are always on hand to give advice and help.Guests are welcome to walk around the farm and see the cows, calves, chickens, ducks and goats. The accommodation is beautifully furnished with high quality kitchen and bathroom fittings. A tea time treat awaits your arrival! This property is next door to The Teddy House Ref 402, if you book both cottages a 10%discount is offered.

ACCOMMODATION: 

Spacious, farmhouse style kitchen with dining table. Cosy livingroom. Cloakroom.Stairs from hallway to first floor.  Master bedroom with king size  bed and lovely outlook over surrounding countryside. En-suite bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC.  Second  bedroom with a king size zip and link bed (can be made up a single beds on request). Single bedroom with 2'6" single bed.Shower room with hand basin and WC. Outside there is a pretty sitting area overlooking the fields.

1 pet charged at £25.00 per week

Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
