Bridge Cottage is a beautiful thatched 16th century cottagecombining old world charm with modern comforts. The cottage is situated in the centre of Knowle village, within a very short walk of the local pub. Budleigh Salterton with its quaint selection of individual shops and restaurants is approximately 20 minutes walk away. The beach at Budleigh Salterton is pebbly but has ample parking and cafes. The River Otter feeds into Lyme Bay from the far end of the beach, the lovely riverside walk to Otterton is a must. From the cottage you can walk along the lane up onto Woodbury common, an RSPB nature reserve, ideal walking country. The nearby railway/bike trail will take you to Exmouth just over 5 miles away. The local area has a selection of beaches, pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and shops all within reach by car, bus or foot.

Entrance hall.Open-plan sitting room with a pair of comfy sofas, TV, DVD player, cd /radio player with MP3 input via USB port with speakers. Electric log fire for cosy evenings in. Dining area with bookshelves. Fully equipped modern kitchen with dining area.Downstairs cloakroom. The private rear garden is decorated with flowering plants and shrubs. This secluded courtyard is ideal for enjoying some peace and quiet and has outdoor table and chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
Access to the upstairs of the property is via a lovely spiral staircase so please be aware of this if you have limited mobility. Two very pretty well furnished bedrooms, one with a double bed with wall mounted TV and one with twin beds. Bathroom with corner bath with shower over. Hand basin and WC. The cottage has on street parking opposite. Well behaved dogs are welcome at this property and will love all the walks available, the secure courtyard garden is great for drying off wet dog.
