Alma View is a lovely, bright and spacious house situated in one of the most popular areas of the town centre facing the River Sid with a bright and sunny open aspect over mature gardens and trees. The house is a few minutes level walk to the shops, seafront, cinema and many individual restaurants and cafes.A perfect holiday home for a couple or family with pretty gardens to front and rear, a lovely spot to watch the world go by.Easy parking for one car.

Accommodation

Entrance hall with stairs to first floor. Delightfulliving room with lovely outlook over the River Sid. Fireplace with electric fire. Beautifully furnished with tasteful colour schemes. Well equipped modern kitchen. Separate dining room with Oak furnishing.On the first floor are threebedrooms.Main double bedroom with king size bed and lovely views over the River Sid. Rear double bedroom and a single bedroom. Spacious modern bathroom suite with shower over bath and W.C. Gas central heating throughout.Outside there are pretty gardens to front and rear. The front faces over the River with lovely aspect of mature gardens and trees. At the rear there is good size, recently re-designed, sunny private garden with garden furniture. Easy level access from the parking area to the house.

£100 supplement for Folk Week (1st week in August).
