Situated in a quiet residential area of Sidmouth and just a five minute walk to the shops and esplanade, Thimble Cottage is a beautiful, cosy cottage. Bright and airy with tasteful colour schemes and high quality furnishings throughout. The cottage forms part of a pretty row of similar cottages and has an enclosed rear courtyard. Ideal for use at any time of the year with uPVC double glazed windows andliving flame gas fire in the sitting room.

ACCOMMODATION: Entrance hall. Spacious sitting room/dining room beautifully furnished with many homely touches. Victorian style fireplace with gas living flame fire. Spacious, high quality fitted kitchen. Shower room with double size shower and W.C. Rear enclosed courtyard with patio table and chairs and side access for bike storage.Stairs to first floor. One good size bedroom with super king 6' bed. Fitted bedroom furniture. Further twin bedroom. Spacious luxurious bathroom with Victorian claw foot free standing bath. Shower cubicle and W.C.Gas central heating.

Changeover day: Saturday

1 dog welcome at £25 per week

Parking: Unrestricted roadside parking along the lane in front of the cottage

T.V. DVD  Hi Fi.

WIFI

Stairgate available on request which can be used across bedroom door if required

Gas hob and electric oven. Fridge and freezer. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Microwave

Bed linen included. Towels available to hire at £8 per set.

£100 supplement for Folk Week (1st week in August)

Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
