Drupe Farm Courtstands in well maintained private grounds surrounded by glorious countryside in the pretty Devon village of Colaton Raleigh which is just a short 10 minute drive from the coast at Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth. "Vennings" is aspacious, bright and airy cottage. The accommodation is presentedto a very high standard with tasteful colour schemes and many homely touches throughout. There are delightful walks from the cottage down to the River Otter. Colaton Raleigh has a good pub with garden 300 yards level walk from the cottage.

Accommodation

Living room with French doors opening onto the communal courtyard. Well equipped open plan kitchen. Door to delightful enclosed privategarden area with patio furniture and flower borders.Gate leading to parking area with space for two cars and large communal gardens, ideal for children to play. Stairs from the sitting room to two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one twin. Modern white bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle and W.C.

We travel to the Jurassic Coast approx 12 to 15 times a year as we work with various theatre groups, often using Sweetcombe who are so accommodating. To find Vennings which is central to so many areas, dog friendly have such a quiet and relaxing atmosphere is superb.
