Just a 5 minute level walk to the seafront, town centre shops and restaurants; Mulberry Cottage is an immaculate and stylish town house situated in a quiet, sought after residential area of Sidmouth, with a large private parking space immediately in front of the property. This delightful cottage is very spacious for up to three guests, and it is beautifully presented with restful colour schemes throughout. The living room opens out onto a private patio, looking out over a south facing mature lawn cottage garden, shared with the four other properties. There is also a private shaded patio area to the side of the property. The cottage has the benefit of double-glazing and gas central heating, which makes it an ideal holiday home throughout the year. 

 

ACCOMMODATION: Two steps up to entrance door. Hall with easy stairs to first floor. On the ground floor there is a very well equipped kitchen with modern cream units and integrated appliances.Superb beautifully furnished sitting room with solid oak floor, comfortable sofa and chair, feature fireplace with electricflame effect fire. Large patio doors lead to a patio with seating; and to the side a shaded patio area with table and chairs. 

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one good size double with dual aspect over the garden. Good range of fitted wardrobes and shelves. Further smaller double bedroom with good range of fitted wardrobes and shelves. White bathroom suite, electric shower over bath, W.C with vanity unit.

Private parking space for one vehicle only directly in front of the property.

Large flat screen TV/DVD with library of dvd's and books. Radio/ CD player 

Electric induction hob and oven. Fridge/freezer. Microwave. Washer/dryer.  

Bed linen included. Hairdryer. Towels available to hire at £8.00 per set.  

Gas central heating. Double glazed windows throughout 

£100.00 supplement for Folk Week the first week of August
