A modern, individually designed detached chalet style property high on the hill in the grounds of Berry House, with stunning views over Beer, out to sea and surrounding countryside. The tranquil setting and quality accommodation makes this an excellent choice of holiday accommodation.   Private parking. 


Steps to entrance hall leading to two bedrooms on the ground floor. One with a double bedand en-suite shower room, the other with twin beds and adjacent bathroom with shower over bath. Stairs from the entrance hall lead to the first floor living room that has a newly fitted luxury kitchen area, living flame electric fire and glazed doors opening onto a large balcony affording spectacular views of Beer and the sea. All rooms have full central heating and are decorated to a high standard.

Beer View is also within the grounds of Berry House so ideal for two families coming away together:-

22nd December 2016 - ' We spent a wonderfully relaxing week in Seascape over Christmas. On our arrival we were greeted by Lorraine & Bob who made us very welcome. The cottage is first class with wonderful views over Beer village to the sea. These were magically transformed at night by the Christmas lights and clear starry skies. Our intention was to have plenty of rest and relaxation which we thoroughly enjoyed. In addition the weather was fine which made it a brilliant week. We will definitely be back. Thank you.' 13th August 2016 - 'Had another great week in Beer catching fish for breakfast and dinner.We have taken Chip the Labrador on lots of trips in the surrounding area, including Branscombe beach and swimming in the sea.It was nice to have some company in the form of a friendly horse in the field.We all had a great time on the beach with mum swimming, Dad fishing, Chip whining to go in and me exploring in the kayak.We have had great weather and great atmosphere from the Regatta.We would like to thank Bob and Lorraine for their excellent hospitality.'
