Greenway Lodge is a newly constructed bungalow style property, adjoining Greenway House, a detached house set in large mature grounds on the outskirts of Sidmouth, approximately 1 miles to the town. The accommodation, which is all on the ground floor is comfortable and tastefully presented throughout with many homely touches. There is ample parking and easy level access. 


Level access from the parking area. Wide entrance door leading to spacious dual aspect living room with dining area. Small, but well equippedkitchen.Twin bedroom zip and link beds that can be joined together or divided on request. En-suite bathroom, shower over bath, wc and hand basin. Further twin bedroom with zip and link beds. En-suite shower room, wc and hand basin. Outside there is a private area of garden and patio with table and chairs.

No children under 5 years old.

Electric oven and hob. Washing machine. Microwave. Fridge with ice box.

T.V. x 2,dvd, and cd/radio. Wi Fi internet connection.

Bed linen and towels are included, duvets onbeds. Hairdryer.

Gas central heating and double glazed windows.
