Ashprington is a superb south facing detached bungalow situated in Sidmouth with lovely views over the town towards the sea in the distance. It is only a 10 to 15 minute walk down to the town shops and beach. The property is set in beautiful, large mature gardens with lawns, shrubs borders and sitting out areas. There is ample private parking for 3 cars with level access from the parking area.The spacious, bright and airy accommodation is beautifully presented with comfortable furnishings and many homely touches throughout.

Two south facing balconies, one with table and chairs, with views of the sea and garden.Dining area. Large, newly fitted kitchen. Breakfast dining area.Utility room with door to outside.Spacious twin bedroomOn the upper level there are two further bedrooms, one with twin beds, wash basin and superb views over mature trees and gardens from a large corner window.One spacious room with king size bed and wash basin.Luxury quality bathroom with separate shower cubicle, bath, wash basin and WC. Shower room with hand basin and WC.

19th August 2016 - ' Managed to pick a beautiful week weather wise. Enjoyed walks in The Byes & Sidmouth silver band concerts in Connaught gardens. Bicton Gardens was stunning this time of year - well worth a visit. Fantastic trip to Buckfastleigh on the steam train & glorious river trip from Totnes to Dartmouth.' The Brown family
